    • Restrictions: Discussion and implementation of any necessary usage restrictions (e.g., water or seasonal loads).

 Budget Review: Analysis of current expenditures.

    • Requests for new allocations or adjustments.

 Updates on Old Business: Progress reports on outstanding projects or previous motions.

 New Business:  Open floor for first-time topics.

    • Scheduling of the next meeting.
